Charlotte is a career coach that founded her own firm in 2022 after 15 years with Lee Hecht Harrison (LHH), the world's largest employee outplacement practice. At LHH, she was the Senior Vice President, Executive Coach, Advisor for LHH's ICEO program for C-Suite executives, and the Managing Consultant for the New York City and Stamford offices.

Frederick founded Banksville Holdings, a family office, as Chief Investment Officer in 2019. He has extensive experience in investment management, weathering dozens of financial and economic cycles, including monetary, fiscal, and political drivers. The result is a high level of credibility with the client base and internal constituencies including portfolio managers and product partners.
Prior to working at Banksville Holdings, he was a Senior Portfolio Manager at Duff & Phelps Investment Management, where he was named a Top Gun by PSN Informa for the EAFE & International Equity categories for the 10 years ended 2015 and 2016. Before Duff & Phelps, he was a Senior Portfolio Manager at Virtus Investment Partners. Earlier in his career, he was an international equity portfolio manager with Avatar Associates and ING Investment Management. He commenced his buy-side career as a research analyst at Lexington Management.
He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Washington & Lee University and a Masters in Business Administration in Finance from New York University. He is a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts.
